A brick patio, crushed palomino coral hardscaping, and drip-irrigation maintained plantings separate the two homes. Whereas other ADUs can read as an afterthought or value-grab, this secondary home is every bit as luxurious as its larger counterpart.
The open kitchen/dining room was designed as much for everyday use as it was for editorial spreads, with an astounding amount of storage and work space, a custom matte brass range hood perched above dual ovens, and custom semi-oval island whose facade alludes to the exterior of the home.
